Julie Ann Thayer is our web mistress. She lives at Studio On A Hill in Williamstown, Vt. She has written and illustrated children's stories, painted landscapes, and done many other things in her life. She is currently fighting ovarian cancer, her activities now pretty much limited to writing, cooking and gardening between treatments, and doing her best to get this website up to speed! Wilma P. Keller is Julie's mother. She lives at Studio On A Hill, too. She has learned some of the techniques of the great masters, and it shows in her paintings. She has exhibited in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Florida. See her work on the animals and still life pages. She is also the originator of Vermont Bloomers, and the author of all the punny designs. The actual production of the clothing has been discontinued, but we have archived the designs here because they are indeed art, and their greatest success is in the healthy laughter they engender. Jane Thayer is Heather's other grandmother. Now in her nineties, she still lives in her own home in Christiana, Pa, and still paints occasionally. She does not do computers, however, so her beautiful horse paintings and skyscapes are showcased here.
